Our founder, Serhat, built DACOSE on the conviction that complex regulatory and data challenges should not be barriers to progress — they should be catalysts for strategic transformation. With extensive experience working at the intersection of finance, risk, data, and IT, Serhat has successfully guided organizations through the entire journey from regulation to implementation.

Over the years, DACOSE has supported major financial institutions with regulatory and data-driven initiatives spanning BCBS239, PERDARR, LCR, IRRBB, ALM, ESG reporting, AnaCredit, Finrep, Basel III/IV, and COREP. This breadth of experience has cultivated a deep understanding of data governance, regulatory reporting architecture, and enterprise data platforms.
